hugs

i'm known as a real hugger. and i honestly think i am. i like hugs. even more i like giving hugs. i think it would be one of the great jobs in the world. i think i could make a lot of money, yes, i am that good. hahaha
i learned this week that i can become hug bankrupt. i never thought that could really happen, but it did. i think it was the emotional drain of the weekend. glor's funeral was the latest in a long line of good-byes that have taken place over the last year. i think this weekend i realized that our time is too short.
margaret lost her husband ken before Christmas. johnny lost his wife kathy after Christmas. Glor left behind four children, their spouses, and many grandkids. beverly lost harry way too soon. what is peanut butter without chocolate? still peanut butter but not the delicious combination that only happens when the two are together.
it makes me a little afraid of what i would do if i lost my chocolate.
i feel like i've lost my share and that is an odd thing to say when both of my parents and all of my siblings are still very present in my life. but i've lost  my children and that is an ache i can scarcely stand sometimes. i miss the relationship that is missing.
